Cookie policy
Last updated: 23 October 2026
We only use the cookies the service needs to work and one that remembers the language you chose. No advertising, analytics or tracking cookies, and no third-party trackers. That is why there is no cookie banner: the law doesn't ask for consent to these cookies.
What cookies are
Cookies are small files that a website keeps in your browser. Websites can also keep data in your browser's local storage; we treat it in the same way as cookies.
The cookies we use
| Cookie | Where | What for | How long |
|---|---|---|---|
lang | cronumstudio.com | Remembers the language you chose in the language menu | 1 year |
work_sid | work.cronumstudio.com | Keeps you signed in to Cronum Work | Until you sign out, and at most 1 year |
work_connect | work.cronumstudio.com | Keeps your request to connect a device or an app while you sign in | 10 minutes |
suite_auth | work.cronumstudio.com | Protects the sign-in against forgery while you sign in | 10 minutes |
__cf_bm | All of cronumstudio.com | Set by Cloudflare to tell people from bots and protect the service | 30 minutes |
All of these cookies are first-party (they belong to cronumstudio.com) and none of them is used to follow you across other websites.
Local storage
The apps keep your display preferences in your browser (light or dark theme, which groups are folded, whether to show completed tasks) and, if you install an app, a copy of it so that it opens quickly. This stays on your device and is never sent to us.
Cookies of other services
The sign-in pages are served by WorkOS, which uses its own cookies to keep the sign-in secure (see the WorkOS privacy policy). When you buy a plan, the checkout is served by Paddle, which uses its own cookies (see the Paddle privacy policy). Those services are responsible for their cookies.
How to remove them
You can see and delete cookies in your browser's settings at any time. If you delete the session cookie, you are signed out; if you delete lang, this website follows your browser's language again.
Changes
If we ever add a cookie that needs your consent, we will ask for it first and update this page.
