    Questions

    Is the AI included?

    No. Cronum Work gives your assistant somewhere to work, and the assistant is yours: Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini or another one. Depending on the assistant, adding connectors may need one of its paid plans.

    What's a connector?

    A link between your AI and Cronum Work. You add it once and sign in, and from then on your AI can read and update your tasks, plans, notes and next steps for you, just by asking. Claude and ChatGPT call them connectors; underneath they use MCP, an open standard, which is why it works with almost any AI.

    Do I need all four modules?

    No. Turn on only the ones you want, in Settings. Each module works on its own, and they get better together.

    Is there an app for my phone?

    Install Cronum Work from the browser on your phone, tablet or computer today: it gets its own icon and sends you notices. Apps for iPhone and Android are on their way.

    Why not Notion or Todoist?

    They give your AI a database to explore. Ours give it a job to do: no templates to build, no structure to explain. And none of them keeps the next step of every project, ready for whichever AI you open next.

    ChatGPT and Claude already remember things. Why do I need this?

    Their memory stays with them, and you can't see or edit it. Cronum Work is a memory you share: you and your agent both read and edit it, you can share it with your team, and any agent you connect can pick it up.

    Where is my data kept?

    In the European Union. Cronum Work runs on servers in Germany, and your data is protected by the GDPR, Europe's data protection law. Sign-in goes through WorkOS, in the United States, under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. The details are in the privacy policy.

    Is my data safe?

    Each assistant signs in to your account. It reads only what your request needs, and big changes wait for your OK. What an assistant reads is handled by its provider, as with any connector.

    Which assistants work?

    Claude (web, desktop, mobile and Claude Code), ChatGPT and any other AI that supports connectors.

    Do I need AI to use it?

    No. Every module works on its own, on your phone and your computer. AI makes it faster.
