From the toolbar, by pasting or dropping, or straight from your phone's camera. Pictures are resized to 2000 px, and each file can be up to 15 MB.

Yes. Turn on only Notes and Cronum Work is just that. You can also install Notes as its own app, from work.cronumstudio.com/notes: it opens straight into Notes, and you can add the other modules whenever you like.
Open work.cronumstudio.com/notes in Safari, Chrome or Edge and choose Add to Home Screen, or Install app. It isn't a bookmark: it installs on your device like any other app, with its own icon and window, it opens even without a connection and it can send you notifications. No connection? You can still read and edit your notes on your device, and they sync as soon as you're back online.
No. Notes is a complete notebook app on its own, on your phone and your computer. Your agent just makes it quicker to write things down and to find them again.
No. Cronum Work gives your assistant somewhere to work, and the assistant is yours: Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini or another one. Depending on the assistant, adding connectors may need one of its paid plans.
Yes. Export a note as a .md file, or as a .zip with its pictures and files, or print it and save it as a PDF. You can also export your whole account, and import it again.
Yes. We're building an importer for apps like Evernote, Notion, Obsidian and Google Keep. Meanwhile, hand your agent an export and it can file the notes in your notebooks for you.
In the European Union. Cronum Work runs on servers in Germany, and your data is protected by the GDPR, Europe's data protection law. Sign-in goes through WorkOS, in the United States, under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. What an assistant reads is handled by its provider, as with any connector. The details are in the privacy policy.
Each assistant signs in to your account. It reads only what your request needs, and only your notebooks and the ones shared with you. Deleted notes wait in the Trash until you empty it.
