What's Cronum Work?
The app Projects lives in, with Tasks, Next and Notes: one account, one connector for your AI and one price. Turn on only the modules you want.
Can I use Projects on its own?
Yes. Turn on only Projects and Cronum Work is just that. You can also install Projects as its own app, from work.cronumstudio.com/projects: it opens straight into Projects, and you can add the other modules whenever you like.
How do I install it on my phone or computer?
Open work.cronumstudio.com/projects in Safari, Chrome or Edge and choose Add to Home Screen, or Install app. It isn't a bookmark: it installs on your device like any other app, with its own icon and window, it opens even without a connection and it can send you notifications.
Do I need an AI to use it?
No. Projects is a complete planning app on its own, with the Gantt chart, the dashboard and the Next view. Your AI just makes it faster.
Will my agent move dates without asking?
Conflicts are flagged, never fixed on their own. When your agent asks Projects to reschedule, it gets a preview first, and dates change only when it asks again to apply it. Cronum Work's suggested prompt tells your agent to show you the preview and wait for your yes.
Can I share a project with my team?
Yes. Invite people by email; once they accept, they manage, take part or only view. Each task goes to one person. Assigning tasks to others is part of Pro.
Is the AI included?
No. Cronum Work gives your assistant somewhere to work, and the assistant is yours: Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini or another one. Depending on the assistant, adding connectors may need one of its paid plans.
Where is my data kept?
In the European Union. Cronum Work runs on servers in Germany, and your data is protected by the GDPR, Europe's data protection law. Sign-in goes through WorkOS, in the United States, under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. What an assistant reads is handled by its provider, as with any connector. The details are in the privacy policy.
Is my data safe?
Each assistant signs in to your account. It reads only what your request needs, and only your projects and the ones shared with you.
