Show a project's progress on a public page, or on your own website
Projects and Next can give any project a public page that anyone can open with a link, without an account. On Pro, you can also put it on your own website, and it stays up to date by itself.
"How's it going?" is the question every project gets: from a client, a backer, a partner, the people waiting for an opening. Answering it by email takes time, and the answer is old by the next day.
Projects and Next can answer it for you. Turn on a project's public page and send the link: whoever opens it sees how the project stands, as it stands, without an account and without installing anything.
In Projects: the plan
The public page of a plan shows its progress, the target date and the timeline, with every phase, its tasks, dates and milestones. It's made for anything with dates that people are waiting for: a client's project, a crowdfunding campaign, a new shop, a house being built, a book launch.
It never shows the notes, the files or who has each task. Those stay inside the project.
In Next: the steps
The public page of a project in Next shows every step taken and what comes next, on every path that's open, as your AI agent logs them. It's a way to let a client follow the work without asking for updates, or to build in public.
It never shows a step's detail, nor who is working on it.
Turn it on, turn it off
- The public page is read-only and always shows the project as it is now.
- Only the owner of the project can turn it on or off.
- Turn it off and the link stops working. Turning it on again makes a new link, so an old one never comes back to life.
- It comes with every project, on the Free plan too.
On your own website
On Pro, the project can live on your own page: your portfolio, a client's intranet, your campaign's updates or the countdown to your opening. Open the public page from the globe at the top of the project and copy the code under Embed in a website. It looks like this:
<iframe src="https://work.cronumstudio.com/projects/shared.html?p=…&embed=1"
title="Our second café" width="100%" height="720"
style="border:0;border-radius:12px" loading="lazy"></iframe>
Paste it where the page should show. Move a date in Projects, or log a step in Next, and it moves on your website too. Embedded on Pro, it shows with no Cronum Work mark; turn the public page off and it stops showing.
With your AI
With your assistant connected to Cronum Work, the page keeps itself up to date while you work: every date you move and every step it logs is on the public page at once. You only send the link once.
