Delete your account

Cronum Work, by Cronum Studio

You can delete your Cronum Work account, and everything in it, at any time. It is the same account in the app for iPhone and Android and on the web.

From the app or the web

1. Open the Cronum Work app, or sign in at work.cronumstudio.com.
2. Go to Settings → Your data.
3. Choose Delete my account and confirm.

Before that, Download my data, on the same screen, gives you a .zip with everything.

If you can't sign in

Write to hello@cronumstudio.com from the email address of your account, with “Delete my account” in the subject. We check that the account is yours, delete it and tell you by email, within one month.

What is deleted, and when

• Your account and everything in it: tasks, lists, projects, notes, attachments, the progress you logged, and the phones and AI assistants connected to it.
• A deleted account waits 30 days in case you change your mind: signing in during that time takes it back. Then it is deleted for good.
• Records of plans and payments are kept as long as tax and commercial law require (in Spain, up to six years). See the privacy policy.
