One calendar for everything with a date: tasks, projects and daily notes

Cronum Work's calendar puts the due dates from Tasks, the projects, phases and milestones from Projects and the daily notes from Notes on one page. One look tells you the week, and you can tick things off without leaving it.

Monday morning, and the question is simple: what's on this week? The answer usually isn't. The invoice is due on Wednesday in your task list, the client sign-off is a milestone in the project plan, and the notes from last Thursday's call are in a notebook somewhere. Three apps, three looks, and you still have to put the week together in your head.

Cronum Work now does that for you. Its Calendar shows everything that has a date, from every module you use, on one page.

What's on it

  • From Tasks: every task with a due date.
  • From Projects: your projects, their phases and tasks, and the milestones, each across the days it spans.
  • From Notes: your daily notes, on their day.

Open it from the Calendar button on the side rail, or in the top bar on a phone. Each thing shows where it lives under its title, a list or a project and phase, so a task called Send the quote never leaves you wondering which one.

A month, a week, or the day ahead

Switch between Month and Week, and Today brings you back to now. The month is for seeing what's coming: the launch at the end, the busy fortnight in the middle. The week is for planning the next few days, with a project's phases laid out next to your own deadlines.

On a phone, the calendar is an agenda: day after day in a list you scroll with your thumb, which is what you want on the way to the first meeting.

Show only what you need

Under What to show you choose what the calendar has on it:

  • Each module on or off. Hide Notes when you only want deadlines, or show nothing but Projects for a planning meeting.
  • Only mine shows just what's assigned to you, handy in a shared project with forty tasks where six are yours.
  • Show done brings back what's finished, for when you want to see what last week actually looked like.

Change it without leaving

Click anything and a card opens. Tick Done, fix the Title, move the Due date or the Start and End, or add a line to the Notes. For a daily note, you can edit the note itself.

A phase is the one exception: its days are its parts', as everywhere in Projects, so you change the dates of its tasks and the phase follows. When you need more than the card, Open in Projects (or Tasks, or Notes) takes you to it in its own module.

Always up to date

The calendar isn't a copy. When you finish a task on your phone, move a milestone in Projects or write today's note, it shows on the calendar at once, on every device. In a shared project, the same goes for what the others change: if a teammate ticks off their part, you see it done.

Your AI sees the dates too

If you've connected an AI assistant to Cronum Work, it can read everything with a date across the modules, just as the calendar does. So you can ask in your own words:

What's on next week, across everything?

Is anything due in Tasks on the same days as the shop refit's milestones?

I've got a free afternoon on Thursday. What's due by Friday that I haven't done yet?

The answer comes from your real lists, plans and notes, not from memory. If you haven't set it up yet, the steps are on Cronum Work's page.

A week in one look

That's the idea: one place to look before the week starts. Deadlines next to milestones, your notes on their day, and anything you need to change a click away. If your plan has phases and dependencies, this guide to planning a project shows how to build it, and the calendar will put it next to everything else.
